Paula's Choice Clear Acne

I was really excited to be accepted into this campaign as my 16 year old daughter has been battling a acne problem for a few years now, and everything we've bought for acne has not worked, most made it worse.

When my kit came in the mail I was pleased to see that I got a few different packs in 2 formulas one was regular strength one was extra strength, I decided the extra strength was best for my daughter, and I shared the others with friends and family, they came in very nice small clear zip bags so all your bottles stay together. Makes it a nice little set for travel or sleep overs, doesn't take up a lot of space in the overnight bag and there is no chance of misplacing any of your bottles.

This product has not dried out her skin, like a lot of over the counter products have, she is very happy with this product and we've recommended it to many people.

Schick(R) Hydro Silk(R) Sensitive Care(R) Razor

I was chosen to review the Schick Hydro Silk Sensitive Care razor for being a member of Bzzagent.com , I received mine for free back in January, and in my kit was also a coupon to get a free Skintimate shaving gel. 

I went to Walmart and redeemed  my coupon for my free Skintimate shave gel, and I've been in heaven since, I have been using the Skintimate brand shave gel for years, but the razor was all new to me, and I love it, it has a gel patch on it so even if you're out of shaving gel you can get by without using any, this razor leaves your legs smooth, and it doesn't leave any hair behind like disposable razors often do, I had no red bumps or razor burn like I get from disposable razors or other "name" brand razors.  My razor came with 2 extra blades, and I hope when I need to go buy more I won't have a problem finding the replacements, because I don't want to go back to using disposable razors ever again. The Schick Hydro Silk Sensitive Care Razor is my new all time favorite Razor. I don't plan on ever using any other kind. 

I give this razor and the Skintimate shave gel both a 10 out of 10. 

Curel Intensive Healing Cream

This is one of my campaigns for Bzzagent.com, I was picked to try out Curel Intensive Healing Cream, for my dry skin.

I live in a house with mainly tile floors that are very very cold, so I have to wear socks from the moment it starts to get chilly, until it warms up again. So from about the 3rd week of October through mid May I have socks on almost 24/7, which is terrible on the ole' footsies! I've lived in this house for 6 years and these past 6 fall's and winter's have been so painful on my feet. I never had problems before (lived in places with wall to wall carpeting) but my feet dry out so much, and that it hurts so bad to walk, put shoes on, or even touch them, I end up with about 2'' total of dry skin on my heals and down the sides of my feet.

I spend a lot of time in the tub soaking my feet, and rubbing the dry skin off just to get a little bit of relieve, I have tried every thing in the past, from over the counter creams, Aloe Vera, Vaseline, to home remedies, nothing ever works. So I was very excited when I was chosen to get Curel Intensive Healing cream, I started using it BEFORE my feet could get a chance to dry out too much, so the picture is very mild! this is just how my pain and agony starts, I am hoping though since I am using this product ahead of my feet drying out severely, that I will ''nip it in the bud'' sort of speak, and not have to deal with the pain and agony of sever dried out feet this winter.

A little cream goes a long ways, I apply it in the morning, after I get my kids off to school and get a few minutes to myself, then I use it again early evening usually after my bath/ shower, and then one last time right before I crawl into bed. and so far I've noticed my feet aren't drying out as bad, or at least not as quickly as they typically do. I still have to wear socks 24/7  because I just can't stand walking or standing on cold floors!

Green Mountain Coffee Fair Trade Certified

 

For being a member of Bzzagent.com I was chosen to receive a free sample of Fair Trade Certified Green Mountain Coffee, for my Keurig Coffee maker. 

 

I received my Bzzkit on a Friday, That Saturday morning I woke up and here in Indiana it was a very wet, chilly morning, So I decided instead of grabbing my normal Coffee, I would go ahead and try the Green Mountain Coffee that I received in the mail, Each box has 2 K Cups in it, I also received a coupon book for the machine itself, many different coupons to save on different varieties that I can share with my friends.

So I put my K-cup in and turned my pot on, and waited, the aroma was very nice as it was brewing my cup of coffee 

My coffee was done, so I added my sugar and Creamer as I always do, the Green Mountain Coffee does have a strong bitter taste that I was not expecting, so I did add a bit more sugar, but it only weakened that taste a little, but after I was half way done with my 1st cup, I didn't realize the bitter taste was there any more, by my second cup I couldn't tell it was ever bitter. So I do chalk that up to me not usually having overly strong coffee . But the coffee is very good smelling, and after I got used to the bitter taste, it does taste amazing. 

Plus it is Fair Trade Certified, which means when we purchase these types of products , we're helping the coffee farmers. Which makes me happy, because I like helping out the farmers of any kind.

: Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Dry Oil

I received a free sample of Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Dry Oil for being a member of Bzzagent.com. I used it first on my face, My face is very dry and flaky due to the harsh winter weather, I was not expecting instant results, but that is exactly what I got.  I followed the instructions and put a couple squirts in my hand and rubbed it on my face like I would any lotion or cream. And instantly my face went from feeling like a crocodile to feeling as smooth as a baby's bottom , and has been that way since the 1st application about 3 or 4 days ago.

I had some extra on my hands and just rubbed it in, it left my palms glossy but not greasy at all and my hands are nice and smooth still all these days later even after washing them many times since I've used it.

About 2 days after using it on my face, I used it on my hair after I got a shower, I do have extreme dry hair as I have a thyroid disorder that has pretty much killed my hair, I can only use certain products that actually work and make my hair not so dry and dead, So I was skeptical about using this on my hair, I washed my hair with my normal Conditioner and Shampoo, But I skipped my 3rd step of using my leave in conditioner spray that is what makes my hair a lot easier to manage and not so dry, Instead I used the Garnier Triple Nutrition Dry Oil and again to my amazement it worked very well and instantly my hair was easy to brush, and when my hair dried it was not all frizzy and dried out, I haven't used it in about 2 days my hair is still smooth and not dried out and easy to brush :)

Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Dry Oil can be used on Your Face, Your hands, Your Hair and your entire body. it is not greasy, it smells nice, but not too strong, the smell reminds me of Banana Boat Sun Tan Oil (not lotion but the Oil), It is available at local department stores such as Target & Walmart for about $5.99

Glad Expressions Review

The product comes in a nicely designed holder, that will match any rooms' decor.


The Scent I got was Pineapple & Mangosteen, I was a bit Leary of this combo being I wasn't able to smell it through the box, and I don't have a clue what Mangosteen is, but it was the only one available at my store and I've been searching for this product for a couple of weeks, So I got it and am very pleased that I did, the smell is awesome, it's a little fruity but a little flowery at the same time, it's not over powering even though the room that is in has had the door shut for about 20 minutes.






I chose to put it in my sons' room, because he has a medical condition and still wets the bed and his room smells horrible even after cleaning the plastic mattress cover with vinegar, and washing all his bedding I put this in his room at about 9:30 pm his room smelled nasty before I put it in, now all you can smell is the Glad Expressions Oil Difusser and I was surprised that within 5-10 mins of it being placed in his room the nasty smell was gone and his room smelled awesome.






The one I bought came in a nice ''wooden'' holder and matches his room nicely. I will be purchasing more of these in the future We have a couple stinky kittens I'm sure this will battle even that stench =)

Covergirl Blastflipstick Lipstick

I am a member of Bzzagent, and for being a member occasionally I am picked to receive a free product in return for me testing it out and giving my review on it.

My latest product is the Cover girl Blastfliplipstick - I received 3 full size sticks of lipstick they have a color on each end, also in my kit I was given a envelope full of coupons to share with my family and friends as I bzz about the Cover girl Blastflipstick.

In my kit I got 3 nice shades one I've given to my daughter as it was a brighter pink and she's 15 and digs those colors, I kept the one that was more my shade which is in the browns .

The lipstick goes on very smooth even on my winter dry lips, there was no clumping , and the second color on the stick blended very well and also went on smooth over top of the main color I'd already applied, this lipstick does not feel heavy at all like some lipsticks can, it stayed on well. and lasted well with out needing to reapply.

I'm very happy with the Cover girl Blastflipstick Lipstick and it will be part of our makeup bag necessities from now on :)

Covergirl Foundation & Olay pressed Powder

I received both free for being a member of Bzzagent.com (Bzzagent name: atvchick) they are full sized products, and My daughter is the one wearing them, because I don't wear make up often.  Both products work well, and do as they state. they also stay on very well even when it's hot out. The 1st time she wore it to the 1st day of school the second time was to a outdoor festival and concert. She had the make up on Several hours by the time she got her picture taken with one of the Band Members and she still looked Great, the only product not holding up to the heat was her eye line ;)

Dr. Scholl Messaging Gel Insoles

I was selected to do a review on Dr. Scholl's Messaging Gel Insoles . I received my kit from BzzAgent.com on May 30,2012 for free.



I have a very hard time wearing shoes, mainly tennis shoes, no matter the style, brand, or any other factor they hurt my feet badly, because I am "cursed" with flat feet, I have no arches at all, so shoes with arches Hurt, shoes with out arches hurt as well. I do prefer to go barefoot at all times (Plus I'm a country girl lol) BUT you can't go into public places and places of business with out shoes on ;) So I've suffered pretty much all my life, but as soon as I am able to my shoes come off as quickly as I can get them off!



I put the insoles in my tennis shoes right after this picture was taken, I didn't have no where to go, but I threw my shoes on and walked around the house, and took my dog out and walked around the yard.



Let me tell you it was like walking on CLOUDS! I was impressed as I have tried many insoles in the past and none have done what they claimed to do! the gel took a few minutes for me to get used to as its not something I've had under my feet before =) in just the few minutes I've used these I'm in love and for a change actually can not wait until I have to go shopping To really try them out, as Shopping kills my feet, with all the walking around the stores. So I will most definitively be reporting back once I get to really try them out on a good hard Grocery shopping trip ;) but I really don't see my review changing that much expect more for the good ;)



As it stands right now If I had to rate these insoles on a 1- 10 scale with 1 being bad and 10 being great - they get a 10.5 :)

Hills Science Diet Grain Free Dog Food

Hello I'm A Bzzagent on www.Bzzagent.com (Atchick is my Bzzagent name) I received my Free sample of Hill's Science Diet Grain Free Dog Food On 3/12/12. I was waiting for my dog to finish her dish of her normal food before giving her this food to try. So Today (3/13/12) When she still had the same amount of her normal food I had realized She'd slowed way down on her eating and I hadn't given her more food in 3 days which is not normal as I give her more food at least 2xs a day , and that is with her having treats, and some human food Which this hasn't changed in the last 3 days.

I gave her the Hill's Science Diet Grain Free Dog food and she had her bowl empty in under 5 minutes and wanted more. She was not "Starving" as she's been eating food just not her dog food.
She is not a picky eater But this is the 1st time she's ever eaten a new brand so quickly and We buy her a different brand every time she gets a new bag of dog food - so at least every 2 months she is being fed a different brand. she doesn't get bored with food either.

She loved this food, and I love that it is healthy. Fresh Chicken is the 1st ingredient, it has fruits and veggies including cranberries. it has no corn, wheat, soy, beef or artifical colors or flavors. and it is The #1 Choice that U.S. Vets feed their own pets :)

My dog gives Hill's Science Diet 2 paws up :) I Give it 2 thumbs and 5 stars
