   Today's review is about TerraFreeze Extra Strength Pain Relief Cream, I got this product for free  in exchange for my honest review.

       I've had this product for about 2 days now but just got a chance to get it put on me today. I have several health issues, among them is a bad back, with arthritis, and for almost two months now I have been dealing with some excruciating back pain, mainly straight down my spine, like someone just sits there and hits me with a sledgehammer, down my spine, over and over all day and night long, then at the lower part of my back that pain spreads out to the sides. I've tried OTC medication along with my prescriptions, and nothing has been working. The pain just stays, won't go away, and some days it's so bad I don't even want to get out of bed, but at the same time being in bed is hurting.

      I had my son put this cream on straight down my spine first then go back over the lower part of my back and go side to side , I told him he shouldn't need to use a lot, as it appeared fairly thick. Which he agreed it was thick, and it didn't take a lot of the cream on the areas he put it on, It wasn't greasy either. It does smell horrible! But that is the Menthol in it, and Menthol is in almost all pain relief creams, some are just stronger than others, so I was already prepared for the smell (I've used menthol creams for many years), though I'm sitting here about an hour later and I still stink to high heaven and my eyes are burning from it.. But that is perfectly acceptable by me! Do you know why? Because within 5 minutes of him applying this to my back, I was pain free! for the first time in almost two months I'm sitting here and not wanting to ball my eyes out due to the pain!

     When it is first applied it was a bit cold, then warmed up, and now it's an in between of warm and cold it actually feels pretty good. It took about 2-3 minutes to soak into my skin, to where my shirt wasn't sticking to it any more. This cream can be applied  3 to 4 times a day, it is recommended to apply it before bed and when you wake up in the morning.
