Apparently they use more than 1 shipping company, because I ordered 3 different items from them within days apart one being the one for my sons friend, one went to another friend, and one to my house, those other 2 came just fine, and within the estimated delivery date from dress lily, also when I was given the tracking number for them they'd both were to a different delivery company than the one I am still waiting on to be delivered.
When I contacted them, they told me to check with my local post office or delivery company, how am I supposed to check with a delivery company when I don't have a clue what company is doing the delivery?, everything on the tracking page is Chinese, I have to translate it to read it, Also it states once it is out of the country of origin (China) they no longer will show me where exactly the package is located at, just that it's been out for delivery So I don't even know exactly where it is, just how long it's been out for delivery and how long it's been being tracked, I completely understand that it came from China, and those shipments take a while, but this is uncalled for, especially since the other 2 packages that were placed a few days apart after this order arrived several weeks ago!
This product was ordered January 11 2018 it was shipped out on January 12 2018, they said allow 15-25 business days for delivery Feb. 2 would of been 15 Business Days Feb 16th makes 25 business days, According to the tracking info (Picture above) the estimated delivery date was Feb 3 through Feb 13, This is Feb. 21st! In their reply on my ticket I made out, after they told me check with the local post office and or delivery company they state the deadline for Delivery is March 13th - that is well over 25 business days from date of shipment! It's already been over a month, I have never had so much issues with a company that is from and ships from China as I have with this one.
I will not be ordering from them any more. and I don't recommend them any longer to anyone.
