When I got it I promptly opened it, and it was a cinch to put together, I never bothered to open the little manual that came with it, I had it out of the box, put together and filled with water and plugged in, in less than 5 minutes. I wanted to just do a quick use, because honestly I was like a child on Christmas, I could not wait, so I chose one of the worst spots in my kitchen - under the stove - I swept it all up, and went over it with the mop only about 3 times, as I was just doing a quick test, also a note about my tile floors they've been cracking and sinking over the years so they have high spots and low spots, but that didn't stop the mop from working properly at all.
here is a before and after picture from under my stove - again I just did a real quick use, but I'd like to add even with a cotton mop and sponge mops I've never been able to get up close to the cabinet to clean it well, and the black icky spot on the floor I couldn't even get to come off with a scrub brush or butter knife I have no clue what it was, but it was something gooey stuck there for a while.
Since I did this quick trial I've used it several times on the entire kitchen floor and one of my halls, It's a blessing to say the least, my floors get clean and I don't end up going behind my "Freshly mopped floors" with a broom, rag, and towel to get them to actually look clean. It has also cut my mopping time down a lot, it used to take me over an hour to do the kitchen and the smaller hall by the kitchen (my kitchen is also small) now I'm getting both areas done in under 20 mins.
I am very pleased I took the plunge and bought this steam mop, I was hesitant not only on the brand but the price, I hate spending money, and to me the price seemed like a bit much for a "mop". But after I thought about how many cotton mop heads, or sponge replacement heads or even entirely new mops I have bought in the past 6 1/2 years of living at this house - That was enough to change my mind, because I'm hoping this will be my last mop for a very long time that I'll have to buy.
The mop comes with 1 microfiber pad already put into place, and another one with lines (I'm assuming a scrubbing one), and 2 packets of Fresh Scent to put into the little holder under the pad. I haven't use the scent packet yet and only used the pad that came on it, but I've already washed it with just vinegar no laundry soap, and no fabric softener, and it came out whiter than I thought it would, didn't come out looking like it did before I used it, but cleaner than I had expected, I didn't put in the dryer, I just sat it on top of the dryer and it dried I put it back on the mop.
I give this mop 5 stars - and will recommend it for anyone looking for a nice steam mop.

Update March 24, 2018
Almost three years later, and I'm still loving this steam mop! I did go to use it a couple weeks ago and the cap for the water tank had dry rotted and broke - since I don't use this daily as my mop , just once to twice a month for deep cleaning, and I use a swiffer on in between mops. But I contacted the company and they shipped me the cap I needed as soon as one was back in stock, which ended up only being about a week after I contacted them. So that was nice! I didn't want to buy a whole new steam mop when it was only the cap broken, and I even tried to super glue it back together but that wasn't working. It still cleans great, I don't use the little fresh smell round pads that came with it, well I used the 2 that came with it I just never purchase any to use with it, as I own birds and prefer not to use them. Plus I like the actual Fresh smell of CLEAN much better than a perfume or chemical smell any day! If you are looking for an inexpensive steam mop to get the job done on tile, or other hard wood type surfaces (not for carpet) this will do it for you. The Microfiber pads still are washing up fine, and I still do not use laundry soap or dryer sheets with it, since it is microfiber I don't want to take any chance of those items putting a build up on the pads and then the pads not working as well as they should and or can. I know that is how it is with good microfiber rags so I figured I'd just do it with these too and save time :) Plus vinegar in the washer does the job just fine at cleaning them. I am also still loving the fact that I use this and get a good deep clean with out a single chemical and it sanitizes the floors, I have dogs, cats, humans who go in and out all day, I have small children who I baby sit on occasion as well, so having an actual clean floor vs. a floor that looks clean but smells like a perfume parlor is a big issue for me.So if you'd like to purchase one be sure to use the link above or below to place your order.
With Spring arriving (yes I know it was technical March 20th, but here in Indiana it's freezing cold and they're calling for more snow) How do you do your deep cleaning when you spring clean?
